True healing happens when we address the nervous system, work with the body, and create space for the parts of you that have been holding onto survival patterns for far too long.
Somatic Trauma-Informed Coaching is not about reliving the past, it’s about gently helping your system feel safe enough to release what it’s been holding.
Through embodied techniques, nervous system regulation, and compassionate coaching, this approach supports your whole system to process safely and move forward — not by pushing through but by working with your body and your protective patterns.
This isn’t about digging into your story or pushing you to go faster than you're ready for. Instead we:
