Mental Health First Aid Training

Trauma-Informed Practitioner & Awareness Programmes

Beyond first response — building safer, more resilient, and emotionally attuned workplaces

Why Trauma-Informed Mental Health First Aid Matters

Mental health first aid is no longer a "nice to have" — it's essential. But without a trauma-informed lens, even the best intentions can fall short.

Strong Horizons is proud to partner with The Mental Wellbeing Company to deliver CPD-accredited Trauma-Informed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training designed to help individuals and organisations recognise and respond to mental health challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Our training integrates mental health education with evidence-based insight into how trauma, stress, and nervous system regulation shape the way people behave, relate, and recover —equipping professionals with the skills and knowledge to support mental health effectively.
